About the Program
ECHO's Certification Training Program is designed specifically to train you to administer the assessment to your clients or employees. We offer both a two-day In-Person Certification Training and a 5-week Virtual Certification Training that meets weekly via live video.
The intensive two-day In-Person Certification Training will equip you with everything you need to use the ECHO Listening Profile. The certification program involves two days of hands-on training and practice to confirm you are fully equipped to successfully administer the ECHO Listening Profile.
ECHO’s Virtual Certification is an online course consisting of 5 weekly modules. Each module consists of reading and exercises to be completed between sessions.

You will also receive individual login access to the ECHO Certified Practitioner Portal. The portal automates the process of generating, tracking and sending assessments to your clients / employees and client groups. Features of the portal include:

ECHO’s Virtual Certification is an online course consisting of 4 weekly modules, plus 3 additional optional sessions. Participants and facilitators meet live over video conferencing once-a-week. Each module consists of reading and exercises to be completed between sessions. To ensure quality of training, cohorts are limited to 6 participants.
