I have a passion for working with technology start-ups, particularly in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. I strongly believe in the power of partnerships and love helping organizations realize the true value of one plus one equals more than three. I recently joined Reflektive as part of the executive leadership team to create and drive a winning partnership strategy.
As a Sales Vice President at Miller Heiman Group, I focused on developing transformational paths to excellence in both sales and service for some of MHG’s largest clients throughout North America. I specialized in leveraging the wide variety of technologies and methods available within MHG’s portfolio to create custom solutions, which in turn help organizations deliver on their immediate and long-term business objectives.
I draw on my extensive experience developing strategic partnerships, as well as sales and service leadership, to build collaborative and trusting partnerships with my clients. After spending the first half of my career leading global procurement teams responsible for over $1B of supply side spend, I decided to follow my passion to be on the “other side of the table” creating revenue generating solutions through strategic partnerships.
For the next 11 years, I led a team of consultants at Aon Hewitt where I specialized in diversifying and expanding product offerings to meet the unique needs of Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) clients. I have lived in the HCM technology space working with big name technology providers as well as niche boutique providers. Most notably, I created and led the North American strategic alliance and channel partner program for PeopleDoc, an HR employee services delivery start-up company which was recently acquired for $300M by Ultimate Software through a partnership I cultivated.
