Why Get Certified?
The ECHO Listening Profile and the accompanying training program, Listening Intelligence for Leaders & Teams (LIFT™) provides comprehensive Listening Intelligence knowledge and a competitive professional distinction. ECHO is the first statistically validated listening assessment developed for business contexts that creates tangible, measurable, and actionable insights. Armed with the ECHO Listening Profile and our LIFT™ materials, independent trainers, coaches, and consultants as well as internal HR and talent development professionals ​will:

​About the Program
ECHO's Certification Training Program is designed specifically to train you to administer the assessment and deliver the LIFT™ training program to your clients or employees. It is offered as a virtual training that meets weekly via live video. We can also deliver an in-house, two-day, in-person certification training upon request. 

ECHO’s Virtual Certification is an online course consisting of three weekly modules and a one-hour practicum session. Each module consists of brief reading and exercises to be completed between sessions. Two additional 90-minute optional follow-up sessions focus on LIFT™ facilitation readiness. To ensure quality of training, cohorts are limited to eight participants. This comprehensive program will equip you with everything you need to expertly use the ECHO Listening Profile and confidently deliver the LIFT™ training program.

Our Approach
While theory and background are included, maximum time is spent using hands-on experiential training. Through this process, you will:

• Understand best-practices for utilizing the ECHO Listening Profile with clients or  employees.
• Develop expert understanding of the four foundational listening preferences.
• Become proficient in the interpretation of both individual and group profile results.
• Practice administering both the individual and group profile reports.
• Gain access to assessments at a fraction of market cost.

​Following certification, we offer ongoing guidance and support to ensure the success of our Certified Practitioners.

Web-Based Certified Practitioner Portal
You will also receive login access to the ECHO Certified Practitioner Portal. The portal automates the process of generating, sending, and tracking assessments to your clients/employees and client groups. Features of the portal include:

• User-friendly system that sends the assessment with your customized message and branding as desired.
• Automated tracking that shows when assessments are completed and the ability to send reminders to those who need them.
• Ability to choose whether your clients receive their reports directly, or if you receive the reports ahead of time for review.
• Capability to generate Group Profiles that display client's results side-by-side for comparative purposes.
